Dr. Jeffrey Keverline is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, arthroscopy of the knee and shoulder, joint replacement of the hip, knee, and shoulder, including the new reverse shoulder replacement, and hand surgery such as carpal tunnel release.
Dr. Keverline graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh. He attended Temple University Medical School and completed his orthopaedic residency at UPMC Hamot Medical Center in Erie, Pennsylvania. He joined EmergeOrtho in 2000 and currently sees patients at the Granite Falls and Lenoir offices. He has operating privileges at UNC Caldwell Memorial Hospital in Lenoir, Catawba Valley Medical Center, and the new ambulatory surgery center opening in Granite Falls in 2019.
He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Keverline is the also Active Chief of Staff at UNC Caldwell and serves on the board of directors and the UNC Foundation Board.
Dr. Keverline volunteers his time caring for the local high school sports teams and athletes of all ages. He is an active cyclist and musician. He enjoys singing in his band FRACXURED, which has been entertaining regional crowds. He is a father of two and enjoys motorcycling, boating, and Steelers football.
